tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Grants are made generally in the $1,000 to $10,000 range. The Foundation funds primarily in Oregon and Southwest Washington for Cultural, Religious, Education, Medical and Civic endeavors. Among other things, they have funded grants for the purchase of specific items, operating expenses, matching grants and capital campaigns.
