The
Swigert Foundation
Ernest C. Swigert and Henry T. Swigert created the Swigert Foundation in 1990.
The Swigert Foundation exists to improve and enrich Cultural, Medical, Religious,
Educational, and Civic endeavors primarily in the State of Oregon and Southwest
Washington.
The Swigert Foundation grants funds to non-profit organizations. Please refer
to the guidelines for instructions.
